He'd lost count of the number of times his parents had attempted to pair him up with many different lasses of all shapes, sizes, and colours of his age, only for him to reject them sooner or later. That's the way he preferred to live, unattached, carefree - maybe a little tad angsty for that matter; that is, until Steve comes along, appearing as his sister's future significant other, in search for her hand in marriage.

This is a pretty sad Pre-Serum Stucky. Bucky accidentally comes out to his parents about being gay and gets kicked out. He tells Steve but not that he's gay. Sarah and Steve let him stay around and well, things happen from there.

So this is a story that started as a piece from my Stucky Oneshots book. It's called Halloween, the original chapter is still in that book and will also be transferred here. I hope you enjoy! When Bucky and the majority of his platoon are captured by Hydra, they must fight to stay alive. While part of the platoon is forced to work on Hydra machines, others are experimented on and tortured. When Bucky is taken to be experimented on he struggles to stay alive and sane enough for rescue to arrive.
