An awkward situation in the gym leads TJ to contemplate his feelings for Cyrus. TJ knows that Cyrus won't reciprocate what he feels, but he's completely okay with that. If only TJ opened his eyes to what's right in front of him. Maybe then, he wouldn't be so doubtful.

this is basically how i always imagined tyrus would happen. this story is kinda realistic and seems like something that would be on andi mack. most of the tyrus stories i've read are either cheesy and basic or it's stuff that's too gay for disney or it's just really nasty stuff like smut. keep in mind that this story won't really be written as a story but more like an analysis. but it is a story. hope you enjoy!

I've lived by one major rule in fanfic writing. Write it as if the creators of the show itself are making this story. There are going to be a lot of storylines that you might relate to, which is my intent. I want to have you be able to relate to at least one storyline that goes on. Subjects in this are present, but not limited to, LGBT, abuse, abandonment, military, insecurities, loss, and mental disorders. They might be touchy, so just you know, some of these subjects might hit a bit too close to home. As for the story itself, I really hope you enjoy it.
