So one of them would never betray the other, right?... (THIS STORY IS A JOKE OBVIOUSLY!!) (Sorry I've never finished my komajay story, I'll probably stop writing that story sorry. :()

But if his father would rather die than hold his son back from living, could Goro give up his father? Could he live with himself if he did? Asami Kudara hadn't been responsible enough to leave on her Pokémon Journey when she wanted to. Sure she could listen to order, but when it came to doing something unaided, she hadn't much to deliver. But if Asami could finally leave home, could she handle the responsibilities on her own? Hiroshi Botan never liked his family tradition, and didn't want to conform to it for his Pokémon Journey, which was supposed to be his freedom. But if he was desperate enough, would he finally follow his mother's wishes and begin his Pokémon journey 'properly'? The struggles of theses aspiring Pokémon trainers aren't the only things similar between them, as just one similarity couldn't bring 3 people from far apart regions together. But what could cause that?

The original anime was a nostalgic piece of a lot of pokemon fans, but unfortunately it lacked action and a smart protagonist. After rewatching it, the original anime seemed to avoid battles at all cost, and ash didn't even win most of his badges. Ash isn't the smartest either, and while Ash doesn't need to be a genius, he should be smart enough to know what a spearow is, especially when they live right outside pallet town. I'm making this as a remake of the original (obviously), and am just fixing up these issues, and hopefully this'll be interesting. I'm gonna kinda follow the anime's episode order, with the changes added in and some new "episodes" (some episodes I may even scrap if i've deemed it a lost cause). I'm gonna change a few other things, such as replacing Misty with an OC (she will have a crush on Ash). If anyone has suggestions of their own, don't be afraid to let me know!
