A story of four depressed teenagers who happen to meet. Each has a different terrible backstory that follows them wherever they go. This story may be a trigger. I only wrote it because you don't find many books in the perspective of someone who cries every night.

Jalizza Aubrey is what you would call the average fourteen year old girl; has a couple of close friends, enjoys performing, can have an attitude and fan girls over Demi Lovato. What no one knows though is why she is in love with Demi. The truth is Demi is her escape in life, she deals with abuse at home, the memories of being bullied in her past, depression, self harm, eating disorders. However one day all that changes when her inspiration in life walks through the door of her theater class.

"What do you see when you look in the mirror?" Tristan asked, his semi-long brown hair ceasing to flap against the wind. She lifted her hand to calm the locks, but he took her hand in his, redirecting her fingers to glide across his cheek. Her blue eyes gazed at him before answering, "Ugliness." She whispered. "How can I get you to see what I see?" He breathes, leaning in closer before he could regret anything. "And what would that be?" Ava asked, biting her lip. Tristan loved the way she gnawed on her lip whenever she was nervous or curious, he loved everything about this girl. He pulled her impossibly closer to him so he was sure she could hear his words clearly. "Perfection."
