After living for over 10,000 years, Hero still looked as youthful as the day he first set out on his journey. It's wild to think about: after all these lifetimes, all these battles and moments of peace, Hero decided to start something as simple as a bullet journal. He realized it was time to put his countless memories and experiences down on paper-not just to keep track of everything he's seen and done, but to really understand it. At first, the journal was just a place to jot down things like reminders and highlights from his recent travels: ancient ruins explored, mythical creatures met, alliances made, and even the occasional battle strategy. But soon, it became so much more. Each page transformed into a map of his thoughts, his victories, and even his losses. It was as if, for the first time, he was able to look at his journey from a distance and see patterns he'd never noticed before. What Hero found most surprising, though, was how writing things down connected him to his past selves in a way that felt real and grounded. This wasn't about boasting his achievements-it was about understanding who he was becoming after all these years. He'd faced off with monsters and ancient foes, sure, but he was starting to see that his biggest challenges weren't always external. The real adventure, he realized, was inside himself. Now, whenever Hero returns from an adventure, he goes straight to his bullet journal. It's become more than a record; it's a companion. Each line he writes is like a note to his future self and a bit of wisdom he'll eventually pass on. In a strange way, this journal has become his legacy-something to guide the adventurers who'll come after him and perhaps, one day, unlock their own stories.

I am an antisocial pessimistic queen of all things evil. so grab a cup of tea, blast your favorite music, and crack open this book for one hell of a roller coaster. The true, wandering, improvised story of one man's quiet journey from unfit and unhealthy to something better. The chronically slothful author seeks to feed two birds with one seed, breaking out of his cycle of neither exercising nor publishing by sharing his tale of self-improvement. The title, "Orbital Velocity", is a metaphor for breaking free from the gravity that keeps him in bed when he should be up, reading when he should be writing, thinking when he should be doing. Snoozing, reading, and thinking are all good and necessary things, but "being in a rut" often means doing the easy things to the exclusion of the higher-exertion or more willpower-intensive activities that make us humans healthy. "Orbital Velocity" is about breaking the cycle and reaching a point where good-health habits are so ingrained that they take minimal willpower to sustain. Think of it as a quirky, slow-paced, inspirational exercise video for those who prefer to read.
