The Bullet Journal is an analog system of organization designed by Rydel Carrol that presents a rapid logging for tasks, events and notes. You can also do to-do lists in a rapid way. This is a guide for bullet Journaling, a very useful way of organizaton. The true, wandering, improvised story of one man's quiet journey from unfit and unhealthy to something better. The chronically slothful author seeks to feed two birds with one seed, breaking out of his cycle of neither exercising nor publishing by sharing his tale of self-improvement. The title, "Orbital Velocity", is a metaphor for breaking free from the gravity that keeps him in bed when he should be up, reading when he should be writing, thinking when he should be doing. Snoozing, reading, and thinking are all good and necessary things, but "being in a rut" often means doing the easy things to the exclusion of the higher-exertion or more willpower-intensive activities that make us humans healthy. "Orbital Velocity" is about breaking the cycle and reaching a point where good-health habits are so ingrained that they take minimal willpower to sustain. Think of it as a quirky, slow-paced, inspirational exercise video for those who prefer to read.

Just small prompts or notes that are in my physical journal or I will transfer to my physical journal since I don't always have my journal at reach sometimes.

A journal of sorts - take a look into my mind, life and progress. *IMPORTANT NOTE* - this is discontinued. I have now discovered that I much prefer handwriting my journal entries, and I am grateful that posting here has allowed me to build a habit. However, I will no longer be updating this book.
