So uhm quick resumer : Three teenagers had a special ability that could potentially destroy the whole world. They were once trapped inside a cell, in a place where all ''special'' abilities go. There were multiple people there, but only these three were able to escape. The place that trapped them was in Japan, they don't know the exact location, although, they remember it was isolated from the whole world. Like all the other children, they were trapped from a very young age. They escaped by discovering an underground tunnel that ended up leading outside. The others at the place helped them but in exchange, the three children had to save the others when they got the chance. They discovered later on that the tunnel ended up leading to Yokohama. The home of the Detective Agency and the Port Mafia. It was a dangerous place since one of these "companies" might wanna hunt them down. So they had to be especially careful. To not be recognized, they wore hoodies and masks and made sure not to attract any attention.
