Needless to say, they are competent. The Port Mafia is the largest and most successful, undefeated underground Mafia, controlling the "night" of Yokohama. They are the formidible foes of the Agency. The Mafia decides to have a peace day between the agencies, sending their representative Akutagawa for....a go-kart race?!
