At Hogwarts, the second year opens beneath a veil of unease. The stones whisper, the shadows stretch... and the Chamber of Secrets exhales its forgotten breath. For Calista Borgin, these disturbances echo with another magic - far older still. This time, it is no longer the Selenion that guides her, but the Blood Quill: a forbidden artefact that awakens an instinctive, unsettling legacy she cannot yet control. The Guardian Rookwood reveals himself, drawing her along the traces of cursed bloodlines and buried inheritances the castle once tried to erase. At Theodore Nott's side - and soon alongside Blaise Zabini, whose clear-sightedness will prove essential - Calista descends into the depths of the castle in search of an obliterated secret: an ancient oath binding Gryffindor and Slytherin, whose runes still pulse beneath the stone. While Harry Potter confronts Voldemort's past and the beast of Slytherin, another mystery stirs in the shadows - one the Blood Quill has chosen to reveal. And some truths, once unearthed, have the power to reshape a destiny... All of the Wizarding World-Harry Potter, Hogwarts Legacy, Hogwarts Mystery, and the Pottermore archives-belongs to J. K. Rowling and the official creators. This tale is a declaration of love for that universe: a way of carrying the magic onward, and sharing it with you, fellow Potterheads.

What would you do if tragedy struck the most important people in the world to you? You would probably try to console them, well easier said than done sometimes. Lena grew up in foster care. Her best friend, Kate Burke, Kate's siblings; Xavier and Janie, and Kate's parents have been in her life since Lena and Kate became best friends in the first grade. In our cruel world, growing up without your family can be tough, but it will also make you tough. The Burkes took Lena in and gave her the closest thing she will ever have to a family while being a foster kid, but when Mrs. Burke goes missing, Lena may be their best chance at picking up the pieces. Lena suddenly must learn to console her best friend, manage Xavier as he tries to cope, and raise 4 year old Janie who is trying to understand why all this would happen, and how she can get through it. All the while she is still trying to endure possibly loosing the closest thing she had to a mother herself. Lena is a strong person, but this task might be too heavy for even the toughest 16 year old girl, and will they ever be reconciled with their beloved mother?
