Burma Stories

The tale that I am going to tell you is neither extraordinary nor ordinary. It is merely an account where tragedy occurred in the most satirical way. I started off this journey as an ordinary scientist. I was young and eager and grasped at any opportunity to leave an impact on the world. I was also rather careless and irresponsible. So, when I was accepted to do research abroad in the faraway and absolutely exotic land of Burma, I jumped on the nearest plane without a second doubt and made my way over to one of the worst misfortunes of my life.
