He says he will choose specific people to do it for a test grade. The ones chosen are the Schuyler Sisters, Hamilton, Laurens, Mulligan, Lafayette, Jefferson, Madison, and Burr. Angel is just a orphan girl with big dreams but she has given up on being adopted because she's almost a teen and nobody wants to adopt a teenager that's when 2 young adults came into her life.
