Tras la derrota de Freezer, Abril junto con sus amigas y los guerreros Z viven en un periodo de paz, aunque no dejan de entrenar por si vuelve a aparecer un enemigo nuevo en el futuro. Lo único que irrumpe la paz entre ellos es la enemistad entre Vegeta y Zarbon. Abril tiene como misión hacer que ambos dejen sus diferencias atrás, y que se vuelvan amigos, sin embargo, no será nada fácil, teniendo en cuenta el orgullo de Vegeta.
