Every crime scene is immaculate. Every victim seems impossibly random. Every answer only creates more questions. The investigation has stopped being about catching a killer. It's become an obsession. Detectives memorize Charlie's patterns, dissect every photograph, question every witness, and still feel as though they're being watched by the very person they're hunting. The profile never quite fits. Every certainty collapses the moment another body is found. Charlie never acts without purpose. Every conversation, every passing glance, every unnoticed habit is another piece of someone else's life waiting to be used against them. By the time a victim realizes they were being watched, Charlie has already learned everything worth knowing. Perhaps that's why no one has found Charlie. Not because the killer is invisible.
