After the loss of their sole protector and his sidekick, the people of Dynamo Bay are convinced that the age of heroes has come to a close. However, when a mysterious sickness causes people to develop superpowers. New heroes rise up to challenge the villains who reign over Dynamo Bay.

Well, at least it used to be until the Superheroes defeated their nemesis and went into retirement. They did however leave behind the gems that were the source of their powers, hidden in their secret base. The next generation of superheroes was supposed to find the gems. Instead, we found them.
