Kenny and the south park gang are now at the end of their senior year in highschool! At an end of the year party at Clyde's house things get out of control on beer. Things get a bit unexpected when Kenny is confronted with his feelings towards Butters when they are locked in a closet together after getting drunk.

Butters has been r1p3d and abused verbally and physically for years now by his father and his mother has gone insane and doesn't help at all, he's still forced to go to school with scars, bruises and cuts and most of the time comes back with more than before. When he gets back from school he gets yelled at for not standing up for himself and sometimes gets a little bit "more" than that. The only thing he has to look up to is his 5 year long crush Kenny McCormick who always has been there for him. But what about Kenny? Leopold "Butters" Stotch has a really tough time dealing with his not so nice parents. He wonders if he should tell his best friend. He soon feels something different about Kenny and doesn't know what they mean. What should he do; ask Kenny for help, tell him about his feelings, or just ignore him? Eric Cartman has had feelings for Butters since the fifth grade, he treats him poorly and understands Butters sees Kenny in a different light, but he can't help himself when this makes him feel... angry. What is he going to do?
