Will is living in an apartment filled with drawings but his heart is empty. It's been since he was a kid. Thats when he realised that he was different and that was also when he realised that he had fallen in love with Mike Wheeler. His best friend. He never told Mike anything and now they are in their 30's living separate lifes in different cities until Will one day gets a letter.

Now at 18, he stood with his family, spectating the reaping as his friends and sister awaited their fates. When El's name was called, his heart dropped, he couldn't let his sister go in there, so he volunteered. Will's world nearly shattered when Mike was called next. He wouldn't let him die, no matter the cost.

{BOOK 1} This takes place after season one and negates the mystery of wills possession and El coming back. It has been months since Will's return and Mike seems to be the only one who doesn't treat him like he's gonna break at any second. Will and Mike grow closer and romance ensues.
