This is based off of what me and a couple of my friends came up with, as I am an Ares child. This deals with the campers that don't fit their godly parent's persona.

This is an oc story, based on the Percy Jackson series written by Rick Riordan. This story follows Amber Thornwood, a young demigod, who has to overcome her true fears and feelings on her first ever quest at camp half-blood to prove that she is more than just rage, hatred, war, and arrogance. A daughter of Ares, yes, but one built of bravery and not brute. The oracle's prophecy was clear. "Three shall march where crimson beats, Past shadowed fields where fury sleeps. A child of war must face her name, To still the spark that feeds the flame. Beauty's doubt shall crack the shield, When faith runs thin on blood-stained field. The golden voice must light the way, Or rage will rise and gods betray. One heart reclaimed through trial and strife, Will test the cost of war and life. Return in strength, or fall to fear- For war's true heir must choose what's clear." Amber's quest is to return The Heart of War, which is the red gem that is placed specially on Ares' war chariot, that has gone missing. Amber and her two friends, Shiloh and Finn, must find and return this gem to Olympus before Ares strikes a war on Olympus. Story POV: Switches.
