These are characters created by the wonderful Suzanne Collins. However, most of the other characters are created by myself. Please be mindful that if you've only read the book, or watched the movie, it's a mix of both so it's not exactly like one of them. Also, some parts are from Matpat's film theory about how to survive the Hunger games. He deserves all credit for that and watch it, it's pretty good.
