Caitlin and Jessie are volleyball players on a scholarship at Eden hall academy both dating the varsity hockey players rick and scooter. When these new kids called the ducks come to school with them controversy's begin. Sierra Conway, the twin sister of Charlie Conway known as the 'captain' of the District Five team, but only because no one else was willing to take over as Captain.
