Historias de Calamitas

Based off of the popular mod for Terraria, Calamity. This story attempts to follow the lore of the game as closely as possible, while expanding on the backstory of the Calamitous Witch. This is also my first attempt at writing something for this site, so sorry if it's garbage :L

A Fan Fiction Based off of the Official Calamity Mod lore. -------------------------------------------------- PLEASE READ: The first few chapters are going to be kind of boring, they are mostly setup for the real stuff. Once I start writing interesting things, I will let you know where to skip ahead to to skip all of the boring things. Believe me, I hate reading the beginnings of books too.

~ A Calamitous Thanksgiving ~ As Calamitas adjusts to village life, a mischievous boy, a cursed turkey, and an unexpected reunion with her old mentor Permafrost turn a quiet Thanksgiving into chaos. This story is based on the progression of the Calamity Mod and loosely derives from its lore. - The story's cover and chapter banners are constructed from in-game screenshots with some image editing. The Calamity Mod and Calamity's Vanities mod are utilised. - Any inconsistencies or mistakes with respect to gameplay or lore from the mod can be considered to be a creative licence taken by me. - This book was written and published before Fabsol-related content such as the Drunk Princess was removed from the Calamity Mod, and contains said NPC in the story.

But even amidst the fireworks and festivities, shadows of the past linger, reminding everyone that true peace comes with time, and a little chaos. The witch once more, haunted by the crimes of her own actions. All creatures are free, they have a will to do as they wish. A freedom of speech and free thinking. However, to all speech, actions and thoughts... there are consequences. The witch who did not do this of free will will be punished for the consequences for her actions.
