Red Queen fanfiction. Mare Barrow, Cal Calore, Maven Calore, Farley, Shade, everyone is on the table!! Short scenes. Some in the canon story line from different points of view, some scenes that are alluded to in the canon story line, and some stepping out into an alternative, non-canon view.

Well, as you can see; I write the quotes of Red Queen in this book. Of the whole series btw ;) Besides, the quotes are not from me as I've already mentioned. All rights are on Victoria Aveyard who wrote this series.

An alternative beginning for Glass Sword. Everything happened so fast, in one moment Mare thought she was manipulating the two brothers and in the next she was being stabbed in the back by one of them, and in the following she was fighting for her life by the other brother side at the Bowl of Bones. They say that when the adrenaline pulses through our veins, when we are in constant danger and fighting for our lives we get anesthetized and when the adrenaline is gone, everything there is left it's reality and it hits us right where it hurts the most. Mare Barrow just saw her world fall apart, taking with it all the terrible choices and the cruel betrayals, forcing her to face the ruins. With a war about to emerge there will be many battles and she is not sure if she can win the one she has feelings for.

We all know Cal was born to become king. It's what he is destined to be. Always have been, but what if Mavey was king? Mavey. Unlike Cal acts more like a prince then he does. As his younger brother. The only person he trust. What would Cal's future advisor do? What would he think?

Mare is a Red blood with powers, like a silver. But so is Del. She was raised in the woods, until her grandfather was recently killed by a silver, the same time around when the terrorists attacked the capital. You see she is a Red Blood, not meant to have powers. She is safe hiding. She may not be in the castle, but she is there. She is always there. (Red Queen belongs to Victoria Aveyard, this is a fan fiction.) (This kind of does follow the story line of RQ, and a twist of my own.)

Cordelia Osanos was always going to be betrothed to another from a High House, but she never imagined it would be to Lucas Samos, a son of one of the most cruel of the Silver houses. Though she is kind to almost everyone she encounters, she can't feel anything but irritation towards her future husband. Characters and events from the Red Queen series belong to Victoria Aveyard. This fic is also being posted on Tumblr as a "x reader" series and uses "Y/N" instead of "Delia". If you would rather read it that way (it's word for word the same other than that), it's under the username losers_clvb or you can go to the link on my account. I have only posted this on Wattpad and Tumblr, so if you see it anywhere else, let me know. This will be a Lucas Samos fanfiction in the first half, and even though I have physically read the series once and listened to it multiple times, things may be missed and the timeline may be slightly messed up. Also, ignore how Lucas was described in the books. I imagined his as a blonder Lucas Till for some reason (probably because they're both named Lucas), so that's how he looks here. Lucas is around 24 or 25, Delia is about 20 or 21. I have plans for this so stick around. Lucas and Delia do not have a happy ending, just as a spoiler, but Delia will find her own happy ending.
