Jade moves into a new house and keeps seeing this guy around but he always vanishes before she can get a second glance. She decides to use an ouija board to Talk to whatever spirit is in the house. She finds out Caleb, the ghost, got murdered in that house and wants Jade to kill the man who did it so she can get closure and move on. The day he starts showing himself and talking to Jade is the day she starts falling for him.
