Elfie's POV I stand up, the wooden chair I was sitting in being pushed back as I do so. "Mommy I'm all done" I say and smile, my eyes crinkling up on the sides. "Good job sweet pea! Clean plate club" she says. "So can I have ice cream?!" I say jumping up and down, my bare feet getting colder every time they hit the wooden floor. "Yes darling" she says sweetly. I run over to the refrigerator and pull on the handle. "Mommy it's broken!" I wine in reply to the door that refuses to open. "Nothing's ever broken" she says as she gets up from her seat and opens the door for me. "I wish I could be as strong as you!" I yell. She laughs and says "your only 6 dear. You have years to open refrigerators" she says with a slight chuckle. I cross my arms over my chest and mumble "6 and a half." Mom gets out the ice cream and gets me a scoop out. I grab a spoon and take my ice cream up stairs I sit on my pink bed and look out the window at the boy next door.

This fanfic has been worked on for a long time and throughout it, I've been trying to improve my writing skills and my grammar so I can put out a story that people will come back to. it's about a Braixen who grew up with a human family and dislikes pokemon. shes trying to figure out how to tell her human friend how she feels about him but a new group of friends interrupts the perfect time to possibly tell him. my story plan is for her to hate her trainer's friends, but then bond with them and accept them as her friends afterward they help her become more soft towards her kind and to individualize herself into what she wants to be and what she wants to do. i hope u guys give it a read so I fix it up and release the whole story when I can.
