Spencer has a two year old son called Quentin and when her ex comes in with Q in his arms, the three doctors suspect something's wrong!

Alicia and Bea take a big step forward in their relationship. This story was inspired a story called Love in Casualty by @casualtyandmore on this website. Also Cal didn't die because i want him in this story and he's my fave character. And also the ambulance crash did not happen because Bea saved Alicia when she was hurt.
