Rock music has been banned from the district of Adair. Prince Carrick no longer can follow his childhood dream to become a rock star. His father is too busy trying to fix him up to become King. Callan Myers is known as one of her school’s top sluts. If there was a prize for for being the sluttiest girls in school it would go to her and her friends and a year ago she would have gladly accepted it. She used to take pride in being a slut. She used to not care what people thought of her. But now she’s tired of it. No matter how much fun being a slut was, she didn’t want to deal with the drama and troubles that came with it anymore. Even if it killed her she was going to change and break her addiction to sex, but rehabilitation is a struggle when you have hard-to-resist super hot guys constantly after you. This is the last year. Being able to make it through the end with flying colors would mean the world to Maya. But as hectic as everything gets, a test that holds a huge percentage on her card subsides her. She fails. Not once, but twice. She's lost her muse and she has to find it. And fast. The semester's ending and she needs to get the last project done. The last project: RED; Read, Explore and Discover. Maya thinks this world tour is a bit overrated for a Literature subject, but being as the rule-abiding student that she is, she goes with it. But who knows, really? She might find her muse while doing it, and that's all she's wants. After all, in Maya's books, this is the time to hit the sirens and have complete focus. This is code red.
