When evidence in a murder investigation points the team in a totally different direction, Calleigh and Eric go all the way to Minneapolis for further investigation. Horatio makes sure they have acces to a private plane to fly them back, but once they take off, the plane crashes somewhere in an unpopulated aria in the North-American forest. An accident or intentional? First ever English fanfic! :)

The team unites for the last time? Follows "A kind of life"

Story description in the first chapter "they may have broke my body and spirit Horatio Caine but you broke my heart and soul and that.... is worse!" Though I should warn you ⚠️Horatio Caine may end up OOC (out of character) but I wanted to ATTEMPT making the story anyway.... I will be starting from Season 1 Episode 2 and working my way through trying to figure out which cases/episodes I want to place in it I know I won't be using ALL of them⚠️ Also I have been writing this story as though each season is a year that has gone by (for example season 2 would be a year since Zariah [my OC] and Horatio have met) since I have no idea how much actual time has passed for each episode and season (though I may have it wrong because I am now in the process of watching the last episode of season 4 and Boa Vista who started working in the crime lab on the first episode has been there for a year [as Eric comments on it when she finally "spills the beans" of her being the mole]) {today *the day I'm writing this* is August 3rd 2021} after Season 4 it will be 2 episodes = 1 month
