Everyone in this book has been featured in Grey's Anatomy except for some of the kids and a few characters that I might make up along the way to add drama. The book is mostly centered around Omelia Couples: Owen and Amelia Meredith and Derek Callie and Arizona Jackson and Maggie Alex and Jo Other characters and couples are also featured in the story but these are the main ones.
