Three years after their breakup, Callie and Arizona are forced to reunite for Sofia's school retreat: a weekend-long Parent-Child Leadership Event held at a local resort. This book has some aspects from the show but not all. Everyone in this book has been featured in Grey's Anatomy except for some of the kids and a few characters that I might make up along the way to add drama. The book is mostly centered around Omelia Couples: Owen and Amelia Meredith and Derek Callie and Arizona Jackson and Maggie Alex and Jo Other characters and couples are also featured in the story but these are the main ones.

Grey Sloan Memorial has a few surgeons transported to Mercy West for a huge surgery. When a storm hits Seattle on Christmas Eve & multiple surgeons from Grey Sloan get stuck inside an elevator with surgeons from Mercy West with nothing left to do besides talk & use imagination. On the plane trip Sophia tells Arizona some things about Callie that she would've never expected to hear. Will Arizona and Callie be able to work everything out?
