The kingdom of Mirelle is hidden. No one knows about it but the residents themselves. But after some rebels manage to break the barrier separating the magical kingdom from the outside world, things go viral. It was only for a few minutes, but those minutes mean everything. People caught an odd, magical tidal wave, so to speak, that happened. No one in the human world knows what happened. Or knows what it caused. The rebels managed to capture one of the humans, bringing him back to their world. But what will they do to him?

Cute as ever, Callister and Maureen take on the world as children, obliviously in love but is covered by the hate as "enemies". But when Maureen moves away, Callister is left alone with his uncaring father and rough-all around life as he grows up. His mother dies, and Maureen's mother and father move back to the old town to re-meet once again. Their love is  unburied as the meet again, and they definitely see it crystal-clear in the atmosphere. Not all about charming, perfect lives, Maureen finds about about his drinking and drug problems. Will love be a oversized band aid for his corrupted self? Agony.
