Daggers, noise, and brutality, Cupid's up for the mission.
Initially willing to help an old comrade by leaving her scent over their dirty work, Cupid begins to get more involved than she was supposed to. But, for a good reason: they need her. Her silent loyalty keeps her at arm's length, and although she'll never admit it, not even to herself, so does the old wound she has yet to tend to.
Ghost. The Lieutenant and long term member of Task Force 141 has never been a fan of confrontation, unless it's with the barrel of his gun. If the mission was his way, he'd do it as simply as possible. But almost never does life work in Ghost's favor. Cupid resurfaces, subtly reminding him that the gash he's been trying to bandage for years, will never heal.
Two opposing tides make inevitable, furious impact, and yet, they always fall back into the same waters. With the same conditions to tread, same pasts to escape, it's easy to respect each other- but harder to hate one another.
⋙ In no way am I trying to glorify the military, terrorism, or war- I'd like to make that very clear. Any violence in Bravo 7 is either a direct scene just slightly altered from MW2 and 3- or a reimagined scene for character development. I tried writing both as respectful as possible without taking away it's realism- their jobs are not light or fun and should not be romanticized whatsoever! That being said, I also strived to write a fanfiction that kept Ghost's original personality while keeping an interesting, action packed story. Please leave a comment if you think anything I have written is disrespectful, I love applying any sort of criticism to my work- enjoy!🖤 ⋘
