Since that ill-fated day, the New Republic has worked tirelessly to unify the galaxy against the tyranny of oppression that threatens it once more. With the death of Chancellor Organa, it would appear that the dream of a unified galaxy is all but a distant dream now. Supreme Leader Snoke has been absent for a year leaving Kylo Ren and Grand General Hux in charge of both the governing body of the First Order and it's military.
