Part 1: Teresa Baker was the second born child of the thirteen Baker children. After battling childhood cancer and winning, she's ready to strike out on her own and make her mark on the world. Before that happens though, she has to get through her Senior Year of High School when her mom's on a book tour and her dad is in over his head as a solo parent and Head Coach. With the SATs, the most important exam of her life, looming over her head, can this girl step back and prioritize herself? Or will she get lost in the Baker shuffle? Part 2: Teresa Baker has graduated high school, and is now attending Yale University on a Scholarship. Calvin Murtaugh, the boy she's had a crush on since they shared their first kiss together one summer, happens to be attending the same University. Fireworks and Shenanigans erupt when Teresa and Calvin realize that it might be something more than coincidence that brought them together again. Part 3: With one more year left at Yale, Teresa Baker and Calvin Murtaugh are in love and looking forward to the future. Problems arise though when they live together and are talking about the future, but he still isn't willing to come clean with their families about their relationship. Then, when both Teresa and Calvin are invited back to Lake Winnetka by their fathers for part of the Summer, their differences only become more apparent.
