When Cameron got a call from the local hospital about a baby girl having reports of him being her dad, he was not expecting it. He also wasn't expecting his daughter, Davis, to be deaf. Cameron is stuck raising this little girl by himself with the help of his parents. When Cameron gets the news about finally getting a teacher for his daughter, he's ready for change. Elizabeth 'Lizzie' Nades is a child speech therapist. Fresh out of college she didn't know where her life was taking her. She found herself leaving her small hometown of Northwood, North Dakota, and swapping it out for Los Angeles, California. Lizzie and Cameron are both set on one thing, helping Davis. They might just help themselves while helping this little girl.
