This story is set in a post-apocalyptic world with zombie type creatures, only in this world there were never zombies. This idea is new and completely baffles the few survivors of this illness. As they run from the infected they try hard to cling onto their hope, their humanity, and who they used to be. But in the end they are met with question "Is there a point in living if you've lost every part of who you are?" (Yes the characters of this story are also from the band Asking Alexandria, but that really has no significance to the story And you don't need to know who they are for this story to make sense.)

Alexandra Kiss is a singer on warped tour, not looking for love, just an escape. A chance meeting with Ashley Purdy gives her more than an escape, it gives her family, something she hasn't had in a while, but will she accept it and will she find love?

Everything hits her like an avalanche and she struggles to breathe

"Stoff, don't make me beat your ass! You might be taller than me but you're also a twig." I hiss. "Oh get off your high horse and admit you like me." Denis flirted. "Would you quit hitting on me and answer the damn interview questions! Im on this tour to write articles, not sleep around." I retort. "You want a drink?" He offered. "Jack Daniel's would be great." I say, massaging my temples. God, this guy was a walking migraine. I watched him intently as he poured by drink. "What, you don't trust me?" He asked, seeming a bit hurt. "I trust no one. Had to learn that the hard way." I snap. "Don't you ever smile?" He asked. "I would if I could get this interview done!" I exclaim. He chuckled. "I only act like a smartass to piss you off." He said with a stupid grin. "Why do you do that?" I ask, annoyed. "Because I like you. You haven't figured that out yet?" He replied smugly. "Denis, I'm trying to keep things professional but you're making it rather difficult." I say gritting my teeth. Denis put his arm around me and said "Because you like me." I rolled my eyes and groaned. "And you say I need to get off my high horse. Why do you keep flirting even though I made it clear I'm not interested?" I ask. "I like a challenge." He said. "Arrogant ass." I mumble. "Stubborn bitch." He replies. I can't help but laugh. His arrogance could be funny at times. After some Jack, of corse. "There's that smile I've been waiting to see. You're prettiest when you smile." He says. Does he ever stop flirting? Damn! "And right back to hitting on me!" I say. "You didn't think I'd give up that easy, did you?"

Sequel to You Take My Breath Away

Just as Alexandria Ross gets her memory back, Ben moves away. Leaving her alone. She is absolutely pissed at Denis for what he did to her. She couldn't handle being around him, and it hurt too much for her to be around her best friends. She feels the need for a new start. Alex decides to move away. Leaving everyone behind, cutting them out of her life without an explanation. During their time apart, the guys move and meet up with Ben and form a band. The guys are pissed and run into Alex at Warped Tour.

"Everything is temporary and everyone is scared of death. That tree you're standing by, the sidewalk you're currently walking on, the desk you're sitting at, the table in front of you, the stranger standing beside you and everything else in between is temporary. But most importantly? Our lives. Everyone's life is temporary. That's why everyone is scared of death. As some of us may welcome death with open arms individually because we know we will die eventually, we may not wish or welcome it upon others we love. We've gotten so close to so many people on this earth that it hurts to see them disappear. But myself? I wish I was dead and that life wasn't given to me because like I said, it's temporary. People aren't going to be sad about my death for the rest of their lives. That's temporary as well. The sadness you feel will all be gone eventually and living on this earth knowing I will die eventually and people will get over my death soon makes me want to die."
