Hi I'm loveitanimated, For updates on my Fanfic's follow my Instagram, @loveitanimated. This is a Fanfic I wrote the Summer of 2022, as a way of coping with the The Owl House hiatus. I know that the first special has aired, but hopefully you will still enjoy this story. This Fan fiction is heavily inspired by the artwork Dana Terrace, the creator of the show posted on her Instagram. Specfically the artwork she posted after the season 2 finale. This is directly what I wrote before the announcement of season 3 airing. I hope you enjoy this story. Now for the description. It's been a few months since the Day of Unity. The Hexside squad has been slowly adjusting to the human realm, and living with Camilla. Luz is still absolutely broken by the fact that she had left the boiling Isles in the chaotic hands of The Collector. Luz has grown distant from her mom, her girlfriend, and her friends. And she's going to do whatever it takes to get back and protect the Boling Isles.

After they are transported to the human realm, everyone is panicked. They're all hurt and cold and need someone to look after them. Being the self-proclaimed expert of the human realm, Luz takes up that role. After all, she's the one who got them stuck here, she'd do anything to help. Even if it meant sacrificing her own needs. Or: Luz tried to be strong for her friends but ends up having a meltdown because it's too much for a kid to handle

I suppose you don't have to read the first story to understand this one, but I'll give you a refresher! Luz and Amity are now dating, Boscha and Willow too are dating. There is no such thing as Raine x Eda, I do not help the ship float, instead I sink it. My apologies. But! Where we left off dear readers, was Amity starting her period, her life beginning to go downhill all because she went home. Are we ready to continue? Book one completion: February 6th 2022, 9:07 pm, a year, six months, and eleven days after it was first started. Book two publish date: February 15th, 2022, 4:59 pm. Completed: August 16th, 2023.

Belos is dead. The Isles is safe, and so are its inhabitants. Luz is now in college, peaceful at last. Or that's what you would expect. However, Luz is still battling her trauma and guilt in the aftermath of these events, and things only get harder when Luz realizes that the Boiling Isles is once again under threat.
