Suerte, or in other words, luck. Y/n always had a love-hate relationship with it. Whenever something unlucky happened, a good deed or a surprise comes her way. As if it was the universe's way of apologizing. But when the day is going too well, that's when her heart starts racing. It never meant anything good. This unsaid curse loomed over Y/n's life for as long as she can remember but that didn't stop her from doing whatever she wanted to. Except to speak to her one and only crush, Camillo Madrigal. Who just so happened to be the most friendly kid in the entire town. With the constant failed attempts at avoiding the social boy, her feelings were getting worse. Eventually, in attempts to get rid of these annoying feelings, Y/n decided to tell him just that. What could go wrong?

(currently under rewriting) "Green and Yellow doesn't work, they don't match and they don't compliment each other." The Taverde family owned the famous winery of Encanto, and were close friends with the family Madrigal. Which meant Y/n Taverde had to see that annoying shape shifting chameleon everywhere since she was a child. Which only fuelled her hatred for the boy. Why? Well, the Taverde family has a secret of their own, their own gifts. No one in the family knew where it came from but if it was revealed, banishment would befall on them. But troublemaking little Y/n could care less, even when she was sent away to refinery school. When she returned, she only became 10 times worse.

Luisa knew her place since she was 5 years old. She was 8 when it really became clear what it meant, how heavy the gift really was. You lost everything but you're pretty okay being second-rate. Both of you can't keep going on like this, changes need to be made.
