You are an 15 year-old Colombian girl. After coming back from an 5 year trip to different places due to your mother's job, you get back to your birthland, the town of Encanto, you meet again with some people you haven't seen in a long time. Who were they? Perhaps an family of people with magical gifts? Everything starts fine, until some unfortunate things start happening to you... And your life turns upside down. This is a Camilo MadrigalxReader story. Probably will not follow the exact storyline. I don't own Encanto; credits to its respective owners. Also, this story will include some angst, just for you to know. I wrote this story just for fun. Life nowadays is kinda boring, so why not write a small fanfic for people to use their time reading it? Just, why not?

Years ago the L/n's and the Madrigals came together to rebuild a community. Now, the two families still live together in La Casa Madrigal y L/n. Y/n is different though. Her gift? Practically useless. Her to the community? Forgettable and worthless. The amount of service she can be? None. She is ALWYAS well behaved and mannered, she never causes a fuss, if she has a problem she'll keep it to herself. Like her close friend Isabela, she is perfect. But unlike Isa, her perfections cause her to always slip under the radar. The whole village practically forgot about her existence, except Camilo Madrigal...

(Y/N) lives alone in the restricted area of Encanto, the forest. The mystery person has a gift unlike most people. They deem them to be weird, scary and accuse the gifted one stealing the miracle of the Madrigals. But when Camilo Madrigal met them, It wasn't like that at all. (I'm working on this without a structured script and I'm mostly doing this by brainstorming. So if you happen to see a mistake, please inform me in the comments or dm me.)
