On the day she's supposed to meet with the man her parents want her to marry, he announces to his family that he's going to propose to his secret lover. Her parents think that she incited this declaration, and to let off steam that night, she goes to the river where she ends up meeting a certain shape-shifting boy. They become close friends, but Rose realizes that her feelings for him may have shifted from platonic to romantic. Is it too late for her to make a move?
