My uncle would always tell us stories when we were little. However, the one that stuck with me the most was the one of Crescent Hillbeast. It may not sound like much, and you may not think much of it, but, when I was a kid, I saw it.

That's a story of teens who were forcibly brought into the camp trying to make things less boring and enjoy being young. This story tells about the 4 main teens dealing with boredom, discovering themselves, and having fun while waiting for the camp to end. PS. this is not a coming-out kinda LGBTQ story. Let teens be just teens. I don't want to push anything, this is just a simple, comfort story.

Ada and jean became friends the first day of high school. Jean was stuck in her ways unwilling to change whilst ada was hell-bent on making her see life's true colours. After a few unforgiving years of high school filled with many trials and tribulations, ada decides to share one parting gift with Jean, her roots. You see, Ada and Jean we're from a small little Countryside town in Quebec where very few people spoke English, if any. But Ada's roots were from all over the rest of Canada, and she was willing to explore the rest of the country to discover the beauty behind her heritage. Even if they didn't know it at the time, the two teens, their rented Westfalia and their hopeful hearts were in for more than just a simple trip. What if their path was sprinkled with boys and meaningless hookups? Booze and campfires? What about self discovery and growing up? You'll have to see for yourself. ~~~~~~~~ My creative lil writing brain goes in many many directions. Though some of this is based on the real friendship I have with my best friend, none of this except certain flashbacks, is accurate. So if you don't like it, all I can say is too bad but thanks for giving me a shot.

Once, in the small town of McRoberts, lived a woman who, when one visited, a tale was told. In a time before "horror" was mainstream, if you wanted a good scare this is the house you came to. For she, was known in the community by that and was well respected, but then too, with hesitation; it wasn't every night the kids gathered and, essentially getting away from your parents long enough not to have something said with an excuse was the plan for all... to hear the tales of Myrtle Wells. Stories told of which each being based on true events.
