My uncle would always tell us stories when we were little. However, the one that stuck with me the most was the one of Crescent Hillbeast. It may not sound like much, and you may not think much of it, but, when I was a kid, I saw it.

That's a story of teens who were forcibly brought into the camp trying to make things less boring and enjoy being young. This story tells about the 4 main teens dealing with boredom, discovering themselves, and having fun while waiting for the camp to end. PS. this is not a coming-out kinda LGBTQ story. Let teens be just teens. I don't want to push anything, this is just a simple, comfort story.

A camping trip in the Forest was supposed to be simple one night under the trees, four friends, and a quiet escape from town. But the forest has been swallowing people for years. When something begins watching them from between the trees, the disappearances no longer feel like rumors. And by the time night falls, going home may no longer be an option.

Sometimes, the Bloomville teens parked on Lover's Lane at night while the radio hums can hear the screams of the forgotten children whispering against the wind from the forest. And as the train passes by tiny Bloomville, piloted by two engineers on that lonely stretch of rail outside of town, those trapped souls reach out their hands for a ride into oblivion, never to board.
