This fic is in the perspective from one amazing David Rossi and at points Sydney O Sargent. This fic happens at the start of season 4 ( episode 2. ) of criminal minds, just after the angel maker as they are in ohio. It is also during season 1 Episode 16 and afterwards. After a werido begins to sneak around a small summer camp in Ohio, 40 minute drive from Southeast of Cleveland. The BAU team from Qauntico Virgina are called in to help the local police and the camps head nurse.

Sydney is heartbroken. He got his hopes up that maybe, just maybe, things would change. But they didn't. Jedidiah didn't. So now, Sydney is taking matters into his own hands. He needs to know what the "project" is. Title from All Angels Have to Fall by Melliot
