Everyone thought they would last forever. After graduation they stayed together through college, first jobs, and all the changes that came with growing up. Five years ago, they got married they were happy together wanting nothing else but spending the rest of their life together, they believed they could face anything as long as they had each other. But things were different now. They still lived in the same house and still wore their wedding rings, but it didn't feel like they were really together anymore.

Lauren has always gone to this diner, but what happens when a new waitress is hired? From the first impression, Lauren has been intrigued by her. She's different from anyone else she has ever met, and the way Lauren's heart felt softer in that small booth with the girl who said her name like it meant something. Will Lauren be able to win Camila's heart and protect her from the dangers of the world? On the surface, Camila is bright, bubbly, and down-to-earth; however, what's underneath is different. She holds secrets and pain close to her heart; she needs someone to protect her. Will Lauren be able to be that person? TW the story will contain mentions of mental health issues, there will be a trigger warning at the start of those chapters so if it's too much you can skip over them.

I was the maid and she was my boss. I didn't know what I was getting myself into, but I knew that I wanted it. I wanted her. I wanted Camila. My boss. With me and Camila's lips moving in sync, I decided to snake my hand into her shirt and grab her right breast to massage it. "Shit," She groaned in my mouth and I felt the wetness between my legs grow, so I massaged her breast more before giving the left one the same attention. I pulled away from the kiss and grabbed the hem of her shirt, "Let's take this off," I whispered, my hands already pulling halfway of Camila's shirt off. "Camila?" Shawn's voice rang from upstairs. Shit. I totally forgot she was my boss and her boyfriend was literally upstairs waiting for her return. In the moment, I knew I was totally fucked.
