He lunged for the girl, unwary of the danger he was putting himself in. Is Halloween as awesome as it sounds from a candies point of view?

May mga alaala na hindi mo hinahanap-pero bumabalik. Tahimik. Matamis. Parang lollipop na natunaw bago mo pa nalasahan. Hindi mo pa alam ang ibig sabihin ng "mahal" noon. Pero may mga sandaling kahit bata ka pa, ramdam mo na agad. Isang sulyap. Isang tawa. Isang pangakong hindi binigkas pero naramdaman. At minsan, ang pinakaordinaryong bagay-isang stripey wrapper, isang pangalan na binigkas sa gitna ng ulan, isang pigtail na sinabihan ng "cute"-'yon ang nagiging simula ng lahat. Hindi ito kwento ng biglaan. Hindi ito kwento ng sigawan, habulan, o dramatic na pa-fall. Ito ang kwento ng mga tahimik na sandali. Ng mga mata na nagtagpo pero umiwas. Ng mga pusong natuto maghintay kahit hindi sigurado kung may babalikan. Kung babasahin mo ito, sana handa ka. Hindi sa kilig. Hindi sa iyak. Kundi sa mga tanong na matagal mo nang tinatago. Kasi minsan, ang totoong simula... hindi nagsisimula sa unang kabanata.
