Here, Ben and Lon are going to have their first big adventure together when a strange man comes into town apparently having bought the run-down leased building that had been for lease for as long as anyone could remember. Lon particularly gets to the point where he has to know so, being Lon, he one day pleads with Ben and they go meet the man for themselves. Disney owns the rights to Ben and Lon from Pocahontas. The book was written by Lori Waulburg.
