Ever heard of Fate? Well, I never believed in it. I've known it, in a very unique way. Different, in other words. My parents told me, that if I buy a candy from the candy machine, it can determine your fate. I thought it was stupid, to be honest, but of course, they proved it to me by telling me their story. And how they met. It was just by the candy machine in the nearby supermarket, they'd always meet there whenever their parents would go grocery shopping. They'd buy a candy for a nickel, and the rarest color they could get, was pink. I didn't know why, but they told me that if you receive this color, you'd find your sweet match. And to my surprise, I did. I found my sweet pair, at the exact location, and the exact reason. Guess it was sweeter than I imagined.

Matthew Blake had his misgivings about hiring his nephew, Darryl to work in his office. Before long, Darryl's old problem arose: he sees gnomes in candy machines. As he slipped his money into the slot, the little man in green appeared. Always vocal about his visions, Darryl grew excited and pointed out the gnome to his co-workers. Thinking the whole thing was a joke, Alvin Mims started teasing Darryl about the gnome. Suddenly the entire office is in an uproar, much to Matthew Blake's embarrassment.
