Her parents decide to send her to live with her grandmother in New Bark Town in hopes that a change of scenery away form where she grew up with her sister will lift her spirits. There, Prof. Elm, a friend of her grandmother, offers her and the two other 10 year old's there, Ethan and Barry, a Pokémon. She isn't very eager to go on an adventure until she has a run in with a mysterious boy with long red hair.

Since this is a slow burn I'll probably be writing it for a while and I know at some point I'll be doing a musical which might get slightly in the way, but that's not until late spring/summer that it'll be bad.
