10 years after Park Il-Pyo (Ilpyo Park in English translations) became World President, a challenger appears in a regional competition who shows signs of knowing Re Tae-Kwon-Do. Il-Pyo calls in the Six to investigate. Kwan-Ki joined GOH not to have her wish granted, or for a chance at being world president. She joined for the pure pleasure of the fight. She knew that if she could make it to Worlds, she could fight all of the strongest people in the world, and prove that she was the best. She wasn't prepared for the international conspiracy that she would get roped into.

Death has connected them. And maybe, just maybe, it hasn't finished with them yet.
