Canterwood Stories

So a long time ago, unsatisfied with the level of detail and plot provided by Jessica Burkhart's Chosen, I decided to write my own version. I only wrote a little bit of it, but I figured I would post some of it to see if there was any interest. It's one one of the less unbearable childhood writing attempts of mine, so we'll see how you like it. Please bear in mind that that I wrote this around age 13, so it's definitely no literary masterpiece. It's unlikely that I will return to write more, but that could change. Against my better judgment, I will post this for all to see!

After a semester spent in NYC filming her new TV show, Riley Edwards is back at Canterwood Crest Academy. Riley has no idea what to expect - how much has changed since she's been gone? And how will her rival, Lauren Towers, and her clique react? Will Riley be able to re-claim her star rider status at Canterwood? And more importantly... will she able to make the advanced team and snag a blue ribbon in the upcoming show? (So, I've wanted to make a fanfiction for Canterwood Crest for a long time now. I thought it would be interesting to write from Riley's point of view, and yeah. Enjoy!)

At home, Allison and her gelding, Quixotic, were the top equitation and jumper team in their zone. But Lakebury is a whole other step up. Will she be able to handle it? Or will the drama, academics, and competitors send her packing? Stacy Dubane is a normal girl who loves horses, especially hers Jay. When her mom enrolls her in Canterwood crest she doesn't think she has what it takes to be on the riding team. Will she be the best she can be or will the pressure get to her?
