So my therapist thinks I'm getting depressed again, to be honest I thought I was doing okay. I hadn't cried for awhile or anything, but apparently I'm still showing classic signs of depression. Isolation, not eating, sleeping a lot, not having interest in anything. But hey, whatever? So she told me I have to spend an hour a day just writing poems and other shit, so enjoy.
