Welcome, mortals, night-dwellers, and unsuspecting readers. I am Crimson Bloodthorne, scholar of shadows, veteran brooder, cape enthusiast, and-occasionally-writer. Within these sacred digital pages, I offer you the truth of my life... or at least the most dramatic version of it. These are my memoirs. Each chapter recounts a pivotal moment in my long and unnecessarily theatrical existence-tales of childhood melancholy, cape-related disasters, failed transformations, gothic revelations, and the many catastrophes that forged me into the icon I am today. Things have been getting quite tense and serious lately so I knew a joke wasn't harmful to make. "Okay, sharp cookie. Now be serious. What will it be?" I looked away, trying to hide my blush and a slight smile curled on my lips. "My old life in town in exchange to see superheroes." I know the answer sounded delusional and childish, and yes, it is definitely not right in the head to wish for something that doesn't exist. "I seek Capes."

I think everyone Wants a hero Because heroes makes you feel safe. Heroes appear, when you need them the most, the definition of perfect, strong and beautiful (not really because they always wear a mask), the flying princes, always charming and good at everything, everyone admires them. It's a common thing here in Blackapples to see someone in a suit flying in the sky. But there is the little group of people (not villains included) that see the heroes, just like normal people that protect the city, Me included. In Quaestio living a "normal life" isn't that easy, with villains attacking the whole city, you always have to carry a pepper spray in your bag. A girl, in a city full of superheroes, not really impressed by their force or super abilities . So when the new sensation of a hero presents himself to her, she can't help trying to take off his mask. After all she follows just one rule: Non heroibus

A weekly superhero and vigilante story from BBC featured author Joe Holmes full of action. Leo's forgotten rape case formed the mask of a vigilante hero, Allegiant. On the worst possible night in London, he saves the wrong woman. Imagine that, a hero's biggest mistake is saving someone.
