Hello, Capitol citizens! My name is Ellie Spark, and this is Capitol TV! Here, you can see private interviews with your favorite Hunger Games characters, and ask them questions! There are also live announcements from the President, concerning everything from the next Hunger Games (AKA my next fanfics when I write more) to the latest laws about walking your poodle before noon! We also have many special reports, stories about any breaking news about your favorite celebrities! Send in your questions after every new episode! Capitol TV airs once a day, except on special occasions.
