this is a mafia romance. it has no smut so sorry. Also, I don't condone any of the acts that are mentioned in this story. this isn't dark romance but there are mentions of murder in this and guns and Mafia-ish things. i also understand that this is a grand romanticization of the Mob, I am not trying to say something with that just trying to make a story. this is fiction, I am not claiming anything as truth here. anyway, enjoy! Leigha lives in a lower-level mafia household where her father is a Caporegime and she works for him as a soldier in narcotic trades. It's 1953, and her father marries her off to Matteo Romano, the first-born son of a Boss. She goes from a drug mule to a housewife and she has to navigate her newfound role in the household while also trying to deal with her growing feelings for her new husband. she pushes for a role in the business as time goes on, and proves herself as stable and reliable despite the disapproval of her in-laws.
