When Bucky and the majority of his platoon are captured by Hydra, they must fight to stay alive. While part of the platoon is forced to work on Hydra machines, others are experimented on and tortured. When Bucky is taken to be experimented on he struggles to stay alive and sane enough for rescue to arrive.
